To show our way of appreciation, we will reward up to £300 as a referral credit* when a property is successfully rented out or let through TGL iEstates when a landlord is directly referred to us.
The landlord MUST be a new landlord with TGL iEstates.
The tenancy MUST be a new tenancy and not a renewal or extension of an existing tenancy.
The referral will be on acceptable for with the first property and with tenancy agreement signed as well as let by TGL iEstates*.
TGL iEstates will require bank account details which has to be confirmed via email in order for the referral credit* to be paid. The payment will be completed to the given account details 7 days after the moving in date.
Firstly, the referrer will submit their contact details and the landlord/s contact details, if possible, the address of the potential rental property.
Secondly, we will begin the process by getting in touch with landlord/s regarding their property and speak to them about the process and the services we offer or the offers we can tailor make for them.
Thirdly, we will conduct a property viewing where we will provide landlord/s with rental reports for the immediate area and our own valuation report on what the property can achieve. Once the landlord/s is happy with our services then we will sign the Terms & Business Agreement.
Next, finding of potential tenants and starting to conduct viewings. Once a potential tenant/sis happy with the property, we will start the paperwork and complete the lettings process of the property.
Finally, the refer will be in touch by our agents notifying them the letting of the property and then the refer will be receiving their pay-out for the referral.
